Monday and Wednesday classes are well underway. I am delighted to be sharing time and space with all those who come out each evening. We do occasionally have extra spaces open up as regular participants are otherwise occupied of an evening. With that in mind, I will update the drop-in reservation system on the day leading up to the class. If you are interested in coming out to yoga but don't want to commit to the full series of classes, this may be just the 'thing' for you. Watch this space each Monday and Wednesday. Click on the button and provide some quick pieces of info to reserve your spot. You will get an email confirming your reservation with the option also to cancel the reservation if you decide that you have erred!
