Group Yoga Classes
Yoga is an ancient practice that cultivates mind, body and spirit wellness. I promote Hatha Yoga, a gentle form of preparing yourself for deeper and more meaningful existence. We strive to promote relaxation and stress release while encouraging movement and mobility. Our classes are appropriate for all ages and are particularly helpful for those who aren't as young and flexible as we use to be!
New students please register in advance of the class by filling out the online form available by clicking the 'New Student Registration' button on this page.
Payments for classes can be made by e-transfer to
firstname.lastname@example.org; by cash or cheque at the venue.
5-class pass: $45
Pass is purchased in advance and you have 2 months from the date of purchase to use your five passes at any of our class* offerings during that time.
These classes are designed to accommodatelyoga levels and fitness abilities. The classes are extremely gentle so that those who may not be as athletic as they once were may participate in a nurturing, contemplative environment.

Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair, or standing using a chair for support. It is an ideal practice for those with limited mobility but is also a vibrant practice for those of all abilities.
