(This song was written as I was monitoring FB and other social media while some of my family and friends were desperately trying to evacuate ahead of the 2016 Fort McMurray wildfire. I hope you find a blessing in the lyrics and melody. ( I wish I was a better vocalist, but, I guess we can't be all things.) Thank you to members of my music group, Freda Fudge, Colin Fudge, Kathy Drew and Linda Atkinson (also known locally as Joyful Noise) whose talents I made use of in the recording of the song. Fall Offering 2017It seems strange to be planning so far in advance but space has been booked in the fall to continue our extreme-gentle yoga journey. Spaces are reserved for current participants but any additional spaces will be announced closer to the end of August.

May 10th, 2017Affirmations are statements of intention that are framed in the present tense. These affirmations give us great hope and depending on the specific statement, great joy! We ended our session this week with the following affirmation:

Change of DayWe had a lovely 'stillness' class on Wednesday past. Looking forward to seeing everyone on Tuesday May 9 (instead of Wednesday), 7:00pm. We return to our regular schedule on May 17.
