Summer Yoga ScheduleOur schedule is firming up. We have 15 classes on the calendar and they are as follows:
Mondays 7:00-8:00pm Starting June 18 - Aug. 27 exceptions are: July 2, Aug. 6 (9 classes) Thursdays 10:00am-11:00am Starting July 12- Aug. 23 exception is Aug. 9. (6 classes) $10 drop-in or $45 for five(5) summer class-passes.

Chair Yoga Class Venue Change![]() The Saturday, June 9 Chair/Gentle Yoga class will be held at Riverside Education Centre, Milford. Drop-in fee or use one of your prepaid coupons. This class will be beneficial to anyone who has mobility/balance/chronic pain issues, or who just want a soft, calm yoga experience. See you Saturday at REC.
