People often ask how yoga is different than stretching, and the truth is, yoga includes stretching, but it is much more than stretching. Yoga utilizes the muscles' abilities in an advanced and functional way, combining stretching with movement, strength training, balance work and breathing techniques to facilitate the following health and wellness effects:

$10 drop-in or $45 for five(5) summer class-passes.

The Saturday, June 9 Chair/Gentle Yoga class will be held at Riverside Education Centre, Milford. Drop-in fee or use one of your prepaid coupons. This class will be beneficial to anyone who has mobility/balance/chronic pain issues, or who just want a soft, calm yoga experience. See you Saturday at REC.
