No Scheduled Wednesday Classes

There is so much going on in life at the moment.  I am thankful for all the wonderful opportunities that come my way!  Sometimes, though, something has to 'give.'  I am taking Wednesday yoga off the schedule until further notice to allow me to focus on my day-job; prepare for the upcoming performance (with the East Hants Choral Society) at Carnegie Hall, NYC; spend some time with Joyful Noise; and to do some research into developing a special "Signature' Women's Empowerment Workshop.  I'm not sure that relinquishing one night will result in all the time I need but it is a start.  Wish me Luck!
