Welcome to our Advent Program for 2023.
For many years I have offered a special yoga night or class during the holiday season. Unfortunately, I am not in a position to do that this year but I am offering an alternative. I have designed a series of four online classes that are themed around the advent season. I hope you can join me for these classes and that they serve to awaken a divine awareness in your lives.
The online classes can be enjoyed after the initial premier but it would create a beautiful energy (even if we are at a distance) if as many of us as possible could be online at the same time. That time is 7:30pm Atlantic time. We will enjoy some warm-ups, some storytelling and poses (that can be explored from your chair or mat), an opportunity to meditate on select themes and of course a guided savasana time. The links will be enabled on the selected dates (see list below). An email reminder will also be sent. This series is intended to serve students who have previously been part of one of my classes (however exceptions may be made) as all fees are waived for this series.
Please indicate your intention to join the series by completing the registration form below.
A class packet of goodies will arrive to you by mail (first come, first served; while supplies last). I already have 12 people getting their packets. The 12 are those who were registered in my late spring class that was abruptly canceled due to tragic circumstances in my life. I am ever appreciative of their understanding and compassion.
As for the rest of you, sign up by November 19th to get your special treats. The registration is at the bottom of the page.
